I'm going Saskatchewan. The line of Hartnell, Schenn, Propp seems to me like they'd have great chemistry. With Hart in net, they'll out shoot Alberta by a good margin, but Hart keeps it close in a losing effort.
I’m going with Saskatchewan here, not to mention one of the ALL-TIME Flyer greats Dave Brown is from Saskatchewan, because that Sasky line would score six on you and punch you in the mouth while doing it.
As a punishment to the Coyotes for tampering with prospects, maybe they could be disallowed from drafting, signing, or trading for the rights to any of the players they had illegal contact with until one full NHL season from the prospects draft year. This assumes that there is a complete and honest list of who was contacted by the Coyotes. It also assumes they are guilty.
The list could be known internally to the league and teams of the NHL but not announced publicly. This would be one way of punishing the Coyotes for any unfair knowledge gained by their actions without crippling them draft-wise. It would keep the prospects in question confidential from the public as well. It would also make it so that the Coyotes would have no special inside information on the prospects that the other teams don't by the time the punishment is over, as a year later other teams would have their own intel on the players if they had drafted them. It also wouldn't require the Coyotes, honestly or dishonestly, handing over their "intel" on the players they contacted.

Off topic/random thought.

Quotes aren’t working for me today, but thanks for the Dave Brown vs Tie Domi fight clip!
Your partial quote about scoring a ton and punch you in face while doing it, is old time hockey at its finest! Today is mostly Ice Capades hockey, where cheap shot artists get away with their shenanigans.

That was such a satisfying tune up.
Ever since Adam Burt I've hated Domi, his family, his friends, his neighbors, and people who have been in his general vicinity.
